Microsoft Outlook is a programme provided by Microsoft Office to organise emails, contacts and appointments. It can be used in a personal or professional setting or both. There are currently more than 500 million MS Outlook users worldwide. Outlook features a number of components to meet your needs:

Email: This tool allows one to send and receive other emails. You are also able to forward emails, add and save attachments and add an email signature inter alia.

Contacts: You are able to save and Outlook contact information (names, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) of friends and business associates.

Calendar: Outlook features a calendar where you can schedule all of your appointments and meetings. Any responses to your meeting automatically appear in your inbox. You are also able to email your so that you can send your schedule to others..

Tasks and Notes: The Task tool allows one to keep a to-do list. Once you create a task, you will receive reminders on completing the task as well as tracking your progress.  The Notes feature enables you to keep track of any ideas, questions or reminders you would normally jot down on a piece of paper.
